We are currently accepting applications for a Team Lead in our Pueblo office.  The Team Lead is an operational role that works in conjunction with the General Manager to successfully execute the needs of the business.  The right candidate will be comfortable acting as the ‘point person’ for the site and have career aspirations to become a GM as the business grows and he/she proves to have the qualifications and performance history to get there.  Must be ‘ok’ with working an on-call shift and working in other areas of the branch (i.e. warehouse and or delivery) as required.

Duties include:

  • Supports the mission, vision and values of the organization.
  • Supports the General Manager and performs operations and people management duties when the GM is out of office of absent.
  • Helps team members make decisions with the help of extended management and the executive team if the GM is out of the office and not available.
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training; assists with new team member training.
  • Provides coaching and feedback to team members, as needed, in a constructive and helpful manner.
  • Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related metrics as needed. Performs weekly/monthly reporting of department status, team status, etc.
  • Consistently adheres to business procedure guidelines.
  • Oversees work for Quality and FDA Guideline Compliance, answers questions, and helps with problems.
  • Interacts in strict adherence to HIPPA compliance regulations and related company policies.
  • Performs Order Audits and makes sure the orders are being processed correctly and in a timely fashion.
  • Provides high quality customer service, including interacting with customers/patients, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling complaints through to resolution.
  • Completes accurate Intake and Insurance verifications.
  • Verifies completion of patient records to include all supporting documentation.
  • Reports any patient or referral related problems to General Manager immediately.
  • Responds to customer requests and inquiries courteously, with respect and personal ownership.
  • Responds to customers, voicemails and emails in a professional manner and as established by company policy. Maintains a clear professional style of oral and written communication.
  • Answers phones.
  • Manages and participates in on-call schedule.
  • Attends in-service training when required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Business operations acumen; basic cash and report reconciliation experience
  • Proven decision-making ability
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to organize, monitor, and track numerous ongoing activities
  • Proficient windows-based computer skills and skill in navigation and use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Discretion in handling and communicating sensitive information

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2 – 4 years Customer Service experience
  • Preferred experience in the Durable Medical Equipment
  • Retail sales experience a plus
