I have been to the Greeley store multiple times since starting BiPap therapy about a year ago. These folks have bent over backwards to make sure I have needed supplies, to get me on course for ordering replacement supplies and to answer any questions I had the last year Today, my machine was not functioning properly and I had not been able to use my machine for 2 days. I have aFib, so use of my machine is critical for my health. The manager recognized the gravity of the situation and personally evaluated my setup and fixed my issue in the office. Well done and appreciated. I am pleased with their service and efforts. Kudos to Patrick, the store manager.
